What areas does Hawara Events serve?

Joseph plans events throughout Los Angeles County (including the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and Santa Clarita), Ventura County, Orange County and the Inland Empire. We don't currently take events in San Diego County.

What kinds of events do you plan?

Weddings and the events leading up to them — the tolbeh, engagement parties and henna nights — plus baptisms, birthdays, anniversaries and private celebrations.

Do you work with families in Arabic?

Yes. Joseph works with families in both English and Arabic, and plans around each family's traditions.

Do you design the florals and décor?

Yes. Joseph designs the full look — florals, the kosha and head table, candles and details — and brings it to life with the trusted florists and décor partners he works with regularly.

Do we have to book the vendors ourselves?

No. Joseph books and coordinates everything — florals, cake, music, transportation, photography and rentals — so you have one point of contact and one bill.

How far in advance should we book?

Many families book 12 to 18 months before the wedding, especially when there are several events leading up to it. Popular dates and halls fill early, so it's worth reaching out as soon as you have a season in mind.
